This expansive new phase will accommodate approximately 20,000 burial plots, ensuring a long-term provision for the Muslim community. Thoughtfully designed and guided by faith, sustainability, and environmental harmony, Gardens of Rest provides a tranquil, undisturbed sanctuary for generations to come.

Gardens of Rest is reserved exclusively for Muslim burials, ensuring that all aspects of burial adhere to Islamic principles. Families can be assured that their loved ones are laid to rest in an environment that respects the sanctity of Shariah-compliant burials.

• All graves face Qiblah, following the Sunnah.

• Shroud-only burials (Kafan) wherever possible, ensuring a pure return to the earth.

• Immediate burials facilitated, in line with Islamic customs.

• No embalming or non-Islamic burial practices.

A Cemetery in Harmony with Simplicity & Tawheed

In keeping with the principles of Islamic humility, Gardens of Rest will not feature traditional headstones or raised mounds. Instead:

Graves will be marked with a simple tablet, ensuring an uncluttered, natural setting.

No elaborate memorials, in line with the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ.

A return to the earth in its purest form, reflecting the simplicity of early Islamic burials.

This approach mirrors historic Islamic burial grounds, where the focus remains on dua, remembrance, and reflection rather than material displays.

• The first step has been completed with the installation of an eco-friendly road, allowing easy access for funeral processions and visitors.

• Over time, the site will transform into meadows and woodland, preserving the integrity of the land and offering a space of quiet reflection for families.

• Unlike traditional cemeteries, this is not a place of stone and monuments, but of nature and tranquillity, in harmony with the teachings of Islam.
